They had 10 children in the following order:\u00a0 Amelia &#8220;Millie&#8221;, William, Elizabeth, Mollie, Audrey Ankey, Nancy, John, Lucy, Susannah, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marysfolly.com\/?page_id=547\">Thomas Jefferson.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>About 1793, Benjamin and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marysfolly.com\/?page_id=1054\">Susan<\/a> left Orange County Virginia came to Monroe County and settled on Indian Creek near present village of Greenville. The place where they settled was later known as Springfield and later Hunter&#8217;s Springs.
