Benjamin Radabaugh was born in 1803 in Virginia, his father, Adam Radabaugh Jr and his mother, Catherine Simon. While Benjamin’s death certificate says he was born in Ohio, all of the census reports give his birth in Virginia.
He married Frances Fanny Post on May 13, 1824, in his hometown. They had ten children: Rebecca, Abram, Isaac, Leisure, Sandusky, Benjamin, Mary Ann, Marietta, Jacob, and Bezalee.
He died on February 16, 1881, in Upshur, West Virginia, having lived a long life of 78 years.
